Missions Conference

Here at Hallmark we have a passion for missions! This week we will be hearing from four families that are taking the Gospel to people across the world, and how God is working. All week long you’ll be challenged to join with Project 938 and pray that God may raise up people “to send out laborers into his harvest”!

Our Missionaries

The Ballingers

The Ballingers have been serving in Mongolia since 2007. The Lord has allowed them to be part of discipling and training church leadership, first in the capital city of
Ulaanbaatar, where they also partnered with Manna Worldwide to establish a feeding center, and then in the countryside village of Khatgal.

At the end of 2021, after the church in Khatgal called a Mongolian pastor, they moved south to the village of Ih Uul, where they hope to plant the first Christ-following church in town.
Using a business as mission approach, they founded New Roots Coffee, opening coffee shops to establish themselves in new communities, build relationships with their neighbors, and move those relationships toward gospel conversations and the eventual growth of a church body.

The Ellises

Dusty, Cassandra, and Roxy have been commissioned by Greater Europe Mission to be missionaries to the people of northern Wales. We will be planted in a community with little to no believers so that we can begin building relationships, sharing the gospel, and Lord willing discipling new believers who will then go out and make more disciples. We are currently in the fundraising portion of our ministry.

The Hoyts

Steve is a family medicine physician and his wife Katie is an Ob/Gyn. They have three children: Abby (5), Toby (2), Libby (newborn). The Hoyts will be serving at a Christian mission hospital in rural Niger, West Africa. The ministry is unique because there is freedom to share to Gospel in a predominantly Muslim country through compassionate medical care.

The Perez

Andrew and Kelsey Perez have been married almost 3 years and are expecting their first child, a baby girl, in early March! They completed their internship at Granbury Baptist Church, in
Granbury, Texas under the leadership of Pastor Lonnie Lehrman and we’re officially approved as Baptist Bible Fellowship International Career Missionaries to the Philippines in May of 2022. Andrew and Kelsey are passionate about reaching the remaining unreached people groups of the Philippines, around 30 distinct groups, with the Gospel message that they currently have no access to. As we finish up deputation, we are preparing for the big move this August!
